Mouse and mouse operations.

A mouse is an input device. It is a pointing device, since it mainly controls the position of an onscreen pointer so as to allow us to select screen objects that represent different actions. These actions include running programs, selecting program options, and changing character entry positions. Mice perfectly suit working with icons; the small graphical symbols that represent programs or program options. Once you point to an icon you can select it by pressing and releasing the left mouse button once (clicking) or by pressing and releasing the button twice in rapid succession (double clicking). You can also change the screen position of an icon by first pointing to it, then pressing the mouse left button and keeping it down while moving the icon to the new position, and finally, once there, releasing the button (dragging and dropping).
